To all my clients. As the owner and permanent makeup artist of Permanent Makeup Solution, I want to extend my sincere best wishes for the health of you and your family in these most trying times. I realize that there is a certain amount of fear regarding the opening of businesses and what precautions are being made to safeguard all involved in this process. As part of the initiative to be part of this process, I will be implementing the following procedures related to the safety of my clients and myself without exception:
- A mask is required to enter the building and for the procedure. If you arrive without a mask, one will be provided at a cost of $5.00.
- You will be asked to sanitize your hands prior to entering my office. Sanitizer will be provided.
- Your temperature will be taken with a touch-less thermometer.
- No client will be permitted to bring any guests during the procedure.
- You will be given an informed consent form to sign before the procedure.
- FYI…My office is very cold so please dress appropriately for the procedure!
NO PROCEDURE WILL BE PERFORMED WITHOUT ALL OF THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS BEING MET!
